How PreviewWorks uses your information
When you submit a project, PreviewWorks collects the contact details, project information and files needed to review, produce and deliver your visualisation.
Information we collect
Your name, email address, optional telephone and business details, project notes, property photographs, product references and optional company logo.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, take payment where applicable, create and deliver the requested visual, manage revisions, maintain business records and resolve service queries.
Photographs and third-party information
Only upload material you own or are authorised to use. Avoid including people, vehicle registrations or other unnecessary personal information in property photographs.
Storage and payment
Project files are stored securely and are not made public. Card payments are handled by Stripe; PreviewWorks does not receive or store your full card details.
Anonymous website statistics
PreviewWorks records basic, cookie-free statistics such as the page visited, the referring website, package selections, sample opens, suitability-check links and whether a visitor continued to Stripe checkout. These records do not contain names, email addresses or full IP addresses and are used to understand which parts of the website are helping customers.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to keep. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

PreviewWorks is operated by Ben Pritchard as a sole trader, trading as PreviewWorks.
