What the service does

A clearer way to judge the proposed change.

What makes a preview product-matched?

A broad concept answers questions such as whether dark frames suit the house. A Product-Matched Preview addresses a more developed brief: which frame form, pane arrangement, entrance design, glazing and hardware are being proposed, and how do they work together on this property?

The customer or installer supplies the relevant references. These may include a window system image, a composite door brochure page, a named glass design, a hardware photograph, finish information and notes on the desired configuration. The visual is then guided by that material rather than relying only on a generic description.

Designed for higher-value and more detailed decisions

Product-Matched is useful when several coordinated changes affect the elevation or when the chosen product has recognisable details worth showing. It can bring windows, the entrance door, garage door, fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes into a single proposed view when included in the agreed brief.

The result helps a homeowner judge the whole composition and gives a trade quotation a stronger visual explanation. It is still an illustrative aid: exact profiles, sightlines, dimensions, colours and technical suitability must be confirmed in the final supplier or installer specification.

The quality of the brief shapes the result

A clear, straight-on property photograph provides the foundation. Product references should show the face of the proposed item as clearly as possible, and written notes should identify the details that matter most.

If a reference conflicts with the written description or a requested change cannot be shown reliably from the available angle, PreviewWorks will clarify the scope before production. One minor revision is included for small corrections after the first result.

Give distinctive products and carefully selected specifications the visual attention they deserve in the quotation.

Simple online process

From property photo to finished visual.

Provide enough detail to identify the proposed direction, but do not worry about preparing a design document—clear images and plain-language notes are enough.

  1. 1Upload the property photograph and describe the complete set of proposed changes.
  2. 2Attach product images, brochure pages, screenshots or a PDF specification that clearly shows the intended items.
  3. 3Identify priorities such as profile shape, pane layout, decorative glass, hardware, frame colour and coordinated exterior finishes.
  4. 4PreviewWorks checks the brief, produces the visual and normally returns it by email within 24 hours.

Common questions

Before you order.

Which product references can I upload?

You can supply product photographs, supplier screenshots, brochure pages or a PDF specification. Clear, front-facing images and named colour, glazing and hardware details are especially useful.

Can several exterior items be changed in one preview?

Yes, where they form one agreed whole-property brief. The premium example combines windows, a composite entrance door, garage door, roofline and rainwater goods. Very complex or unclear scopes are confirmed before work starts.

Is the result an exact digital twin of the product?

No. Product-Matched means closer visual alignment using supplied references; it does not make the image a technical model or guarantee exact dimensions, sightlines, texture or colour reproduction.

What counts as a minor revision?

A minor revision is a small correction to the agreed brief, such as adjusting a finish direction or visible detail. A new product, different design direction or substantial configuration change may require a separate preview.
