Terms of service

PreviewWorks ordering and service terms

These terms explain the service, what is included, how delivery and revisions work, and the position if you need to cancel or report a problem.

1. Who we are

PreviewWorks is operated by Ben Pritchard as a sole trader, trading as PreviewWorks, from Unit 5, Phoenix Business Park, Lion Way, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9FZ. You can contact us at hello@previewworks.co.uk or 07708 943152.

2. The service

PreviewWorks creates illustrative, property-specific concept visuals from the photographs, instructions and references you supply. A Concept Preview shows a broad colour or style direction. A Product-Matched Preview uses supplied product or supplier references for closer visual alignment. The visuals are not technical drawings, surveys, manufacturing specifications or guarantees of the finished installation.

3. Ordering and acceptance

You must supply accurate contact information, a suitable property photograph, a sufficiently clear brief and any required product references. An order is accepted when payment and the complete usable brief have been received. If the supplied material is unsuitable, unclear or outside the selected package, we may ask for further information, agree a revised scope or cancel and refund the order before work begins.

4. Prices and payment

The price shown when you order is the total price payable for the selected package. PreviewWorks does not currently add VAT. Card and supported wallet payments are processed securely by Stripe; PreviewWorks does not receive your full card details.

5. Turnaround and delivery

The standard turnaround is normally within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment and a complete usable brief. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed deadline. We will contact you if missing information, unusual complexity or circumstances outside our reasonable control are likely to delay delivery. The finished visual is normally delivered electronically to the email address supplied.

6. Revisions and changes of scope

One minor revision is included per job. A minor revision is a small correction within the agreed brief. A different product, new colour direction, substantial layout or configuration change, additional property view or newly introduced work may require a separate order or additional fee. We will explain this before carrying out chargeable extra work.

7. Your photographs and references

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photograph, logo, product reference and other file you submit. You give PreviewWorks permission to copy and adapt those materials only as needed to provide the service and maintain appropriate business records. Do not upload unnecessary personal information or images of people without permission.

8. Illustrative limitations

Screen settings, lighting, camera angle and source-image quality can affect colour, scale and appearance. You and the chosen supplier or installer remain responsible for confirming physical samples, measurements, structural and planning requirements, product availability, compliance, configuration and the final order specification before any purchase or installation.

9. Consumer cancellation and immediate start

If you are purchasing as a consumer, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Because the service is designed for a 24-hour turnaround, the order form asks you to request that work begins before any applicable cancellation period expires. If you cancel after work has begun but before it is completed, we may retain or charge a reasonable proportion for work already performed where the law allows. Once a personalised service has been fully performed, or customised digital content has been supplied following the required consent and acknowledgement, a change-of-mind cancellation right may no longer apply. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

10. Problems and refunds

Please contact us promptly if the delivered visual does not match the agreed brief. We will review the work and, where appropriate, correct it, repeat the service or provide a refund. Change-of-mind requests, unavailable products or a decision not to proceed with the proposed installation do not by themselves mean the supplied visual is defective. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Trade packs

Trade packs contain five jobs and are valid for 30 days from purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, unused jobs expire after that period and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Each job covers one agreed property view and includes one minor revision. Trade customers are responsible for their own customer-facing quotation, survey, contract and final specification.

12. Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, PreviewWorks is not responsible for installation decisions, supplier performance, product availability or losses caused by relying on an illustrative visual as though it were a technical specification. For trade customers, our total liability relating to a job will not exceed the amount paid for that job or the relevant proportion of a pack, except where the law requires otherwise.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring a claim in the courts available to them under applicable consumer law.

Model cancellation notice

To cancel where a cancellation right applies, email hello@previewworks.co.uk with your name, order reference, order date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use those details in your own wording.
